Hi, I’m Seth.

I grew up part time in Hawaii, and that’s where I learned that a great meal doesn’t have to be fancy. A good plate lunch, a bowl of noodles, something off the grill shared with people you like. That’s the stuff that sticks with you.

These days I’m cooking in Minnesota, where winters make a strong case for soup, hotdish, and anything that comes out of a Dutch oven. I love Asian and Hawaiian food, but honestly, I like just about everything, as long as it’s made with care.

Fork Fanatic is where I share recipes I cook at home, honest reviews of places worth a visit, and the kitchen tools that actually earn their spot on the counter. No life stories before the ingredient list. Just good food.
